Frequently Asked Questions

Go to your app store & search for Bidjobbers. Choose between Customer or Pro versions. Download, install & activate your account.
A service request is sent from Bidjobbers Customer version. Once your account activated, select a service on your home page & follow the wizard.
Yes, it is recommended & appreciated for both Customers & Pros. Customers can add pictures of their lawn before sending bid. Pros can also add pictures of heir finished work.
Customers choose the best bids & confirm appointment by paying by Credit card. Pros can get paid using their bank IBAN or PayPal.
Once a customer has sent out a bid, answer by sending your best price for the job. If the customer approves your bid, a notification is sent to you. All bookings can be seen & managed on main dashboard.
